We are reshaping the € 70bn European car leasing business, one of the largest yet-to-be disrupted markets! The traditional car leasing industry is slow, complicated and expensive. At LIZY, we’re making leasing a car as easy as ordering a sweater on Zalando.

LIZY is a well funded startup (>€10m) with off-the-charts revenue growth (>100% YoY) and an amazing team of 30+ A-players. We’re incredibly ambitious and our goal is to become the Revolut of car leasing.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to define and deliver the most important growth projects at LIZY alongside our founders and management team. You’ll lead the implementation of our sustainability strategy, launch cross-border initiatives, support on top business & strategic priorities and step in to temporarily own functions that are slipping through the cracks. You’ll be strongly involved in our internationalization and help us scale LIZY to become the European leader in digital car leasing.

About you

Highly organized, an excellent project manager and rigorous documentor

Ability to lead multiple cross-functional work streams and follow through to completion using excellent communication skills

You embrace ambiguity, have the ability to make complex decisions with incomplete information and are comfortable with context and mode switching

Strong analytical problem solving skills

Ambitious: This is a position for somebody who embraces an aggressive growth curve

Extremely curious, hardworking and eager to learn about all aspects (strategy, operations, finance, customer acquisition, …) of scaling a hyper growth business

>4 years of previous experience in at least one of the following: top-tier management consulting, investment banking, fast growth startup or private equity

Have a solid track record of achievement, you have worked in a top tier company and quickly assumed ownership with impressive results

Fully proficient in English and either French or Dutch

What you’ll do

Special projects: end-to-end project management on top business and strategic priorities on anything from Product, Fundraising to Growth. You’ll be responsible for defining, planning, driving, implementing and following-up the most important entrepreneurial projects at LIZY.

Define and implement a sustainability strategy to build the most sustainable leasing company in Europe (Ops, Product, Marketing, …)

Step in to support lagging initiatives or temporarily own functions that are slipping through the cracks

Drive our annual and quarterly strategic planning process (OKRs)

Company strategy: strategic advisor and confidant to the CEO
