You will collaborate with the EMEA, Global HR and functional Executive Teams to implement organizational initiatives, facilitate organization and development efforts, drive employee engagement, and work with employees and managers to resolve employee relations issues and address root causes.

This is a remote position in Ireland. We will only consider candidates currently in Ireland and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

About the Role:

• Trusted advisor to senior leaders who can provide coaching and influence to support leadership effectiveness and success
• Proactively provides strategic HR partnership to assigned client group (s) through being a part of the client group’s management team.
• Providing consulting and business partnering to executive level and managers in achieving company ambitions.
• Work with senior business leaders to build cohesive working relations and ensure the effective implementation and execution of HR initiatives.
• Examine business queries, and HR programs and metrics, to identify strategies and actions required to drive business results
• Drive organizational development through effective resource planning, talent management and succession planning
• Effectively manage employee relations issues including liaising with local labor counsels and employee cases across EMEA.
• Serve as a change agent by supporting and driving business and Company change initiatives.
• Educate and coach managers on content and execution of key HR programmed, initiatives and HR tools, to enable them to handle future issues in an effective way
• Participate in, and sometimes handle, cooperative efforts among members of project teams
• Partner with management and recruitment business partners to guide and troubleshoot talent acquisition efforts
• Foster a great work environment that allows employees to do their best work

About You:

• Working within the HR team at times will need to self-direct, taking the initiative to address issues on a pro-active basis.
• Experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role within supporting senior executives at a Business Partner level in EMEA.
• Experience of supporting across EMEA region (i.e., France and Germany) with knowledge of local HR process is key to this role.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively make and implement HR initiatives in a dynamic, fast paced, high volume and often ambiguous environment. Ability to navigate through complexities and drive results.
• To be a key contributor to team performance, demonstrate a strong track record of delivery through working closely with both senior stakeholders and internal HR colleagues across multiple country locations.
• High level of self-motivation, whilst comfortable working self-sufficiently in a fast paced and complex matrix business.
• Ability to build strong relationships, earning the confidence and trust of senior managers and team members.
• A high level of capability in managing complex employee relations cases.
• Experience with works councils
• Experience and track record in delivering creative solutions to HR/people related queries.
• Strong understanding of a range of HR disciplines including compensation, talent acquisition, performance management, employee development and employee relations

You are awesome at:

HR and Legal acumen: Processes, systems, precedence, and best practices. Assess issues in the context of an organization’s processes, structures, and capabilities to develop holistic organization responses.

Business consulting skills: Solid design skills for both the organization and its talent. Ability to coach, mentor and advise where appropriate to help employees grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals.

Critical capabilities: Ability to see the interconnectedness and cycles of all that surrounds you as well as draw accurate conclusions from data and commit to appropriate interventions to address business challenges.

Stakeholder management skills: Excellent contracting and stakeholder management skills with an ability to collaborate across management levels. Experience working with senior management and Executive levels is an advantage.

Communication skills: Strong interpersonal communications skills, including influencing and ability to encourage evolution.

Coaching skills: Strong proven coaching skills and experience in positioning executives to make thoughtful judgments about their organization’s mission and goals, and properly allocate resources to achieve those directives.
