Job title: Administrative personnel
Job responsibilities:
– Handle customer via phone call
– Provided administrative support including invoicing, process order, filling, delivery orders, operation scheduling and handle courier services.
– Calling customers for following up outstanding documents and payments
– Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required from time to time
Requirements:
– Required languages, fluent in English and Mandarin, in order to communicate with mandarin speaking customers
– Self-driven and holds a positive learning attitude
– Meticulous and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
– Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
– Good communication skills to liaise with people from all levels
Location: 17 Kranji Link, SG
Working days: 5.5 days
– Mon to Fri 815am-515pm
– Sat: 815-1215pm
