To help us maintain this level of care, we need to expand our Patient Care team with highly motivated and passionate people who thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
As a Patient Care Adviser, you are at the very centre of our vision to raise the standard of healthcare by making it more personal and caring. You ensure each and every patient receives the highest standard of service and support while you seamlessly manage their entire journey from the initial call to six weeks post-procedure. You help our patients to make the best choice for their health.
