Assists the Managers of Third Party Programs in their duties. Works with various vendors, federal agencies and internal partners in the development and implementation of Pharmacy Third Party contracts. Organizes and tracks various contracts, applications, certifications, accreditations and registrations as may be necessary for the execution and compliance of programs. Communicates with various departments on the status and requirements of programs. *Hybrid Schedule offered: Monday-Wednesday in-office, Thursday-Friday flexible/remote days.* . What You’ll Be Doing: Assist in the administration and record keeping of the contracts. Assist in the administration and record keeping of the various applications. Develop and implement contract tracking and filing processes. Develop and implement required update communications to various vendor and entities when corporate structure or leadership changes. Assist in the preparation and submission of all applications and remuneration programs required for billing the various programs. Review communications and compliance guidance from the vendors. Responsible for New Store third party opening procedures and set up. Responsible for registration of stores into various programs – REMS, iPledge, etc. What You Bring With You (Qualifications): 4 Year University or College Degree. Minimum 2 years Pharmacy operations experience. Good verbal and written communication skills. Planning skills. Enthusiasm, initiative and passion for retail. Ability to Interpret data to meaningful analysis for leadership. Office computer skills; able to learn company systems and tools; preference for Microsoft application experience.
