Memorial Healthcare System Looking for Nocturnal Otolaryngology Physician Assistant at Hollywood, Florida Full Time

Memorial Healthcare System’s Division of Otolaryngology is seeking a motivated and dynamic Physician Assistant to join its growing team. The Division provides comprehensive, leading-edge medical and surgical management of a variety of conditions, including inner ear, endocrine and salivary gland, and nasal cavity disorders. The selected candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists in an inpatient setting to provide consults and post-operative care. Advanced Practice Providers with experience in otolaryngology are preferred. Candidates must have a national Acute Care Physician Assistant Certification. A BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross and a Florida license must be obtained by date of hire.

Schedule requirements are three, 12-hour and one, 8-hour overnight shifts per week with rotating weekend and holiday coverage, as needed. This is a full-time employed position that offers competitive benefits and a compensation package that is commensurate with training and experience. Professional malpractice and medical liability are covered under sovereign immunity.
