Microsoft Managed Desktop (MMD) is a strategic offering built on top of Microsoft 365 that leverages Windows, Endpoint Manager, and Microsoft Defender products and capabilities. The MMD Security Operations team is responsible for responding to threats that our managed endpoints around the world face, identified through our technologies and proactive actions we drive. Our Security Operations Engineers investigate alerts such as malware detections and suspicious activities, and provide expert analysis to our customers, and we lead response activities when an event becomes a security incident. As the security threat landscape is constantly evolving, we need a Security Program Manager to enable our defenders and drive continuous improvement of our service.

As a Security Program Manager on this team, you will get an amazing opportunity to shape the overall MMD security operations strategy, as well as influence improvements across Defender, Windows, Office, Intune, and other Microsoft 365 products and services. You will work closely with experts and key customers to both develop the right solution, and to use data to drive performance initiatives against performance indicators, key results, and objectives.
