Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) Hiring for Manager (Contract Management) at Singapore Full Time

What the role is

You manage complex and core Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) contracts and oversee the Contractor’s performance as well as Contractual obligations.

What you will be working on

On this, you work with users to ensure efficient and effective processing with compliance and recommend initiatives when needed. You also work with various agencies, gain knowledge and insight to design contracting mechanisms that are tailored to derive maximum utility and leverage from the outsourcing to achieve the desired outcome for readiness, performance and compliance. You will develop several key business skills in this role including contract design, compliance surveillance, project management, budgeting, risk management, negotiation and business law.

What we are looking for

You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably with at least 5 years’ experience in staff appointment in logistics or supply related business and experience in contract management. You should possess the correct attitude such as being resilient and persist towards achieving outcomes, being proactive and open-minded to think out-of-the-box solutions. You should also have good time management skills. Appointment will commensurate with experience.
