Motion Recruitment Looking for Senior UX Strategist/Search Functionality at Conshohocken, PA Full Time

One of the largest financial firms in the country is hiring a strong UX Strategist who is going to focus on improving the smart search in their secure site. This product is used by customers who are managing their personal finances, investments, and various accounts with this financial institution.

As the UX Strategist you will be focused on improving the search functionality but also incorporating the enterprise design system. You will think across multiple systems and channels that will be affected by this new functionality. You will work with developers, product managers and other UX team members to execute on your plans.
Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of related user experience design
• Advanced knowledge in user-centered design principles, visual design, user behavior and interaction
• Advanced knowledge of information architecture
• Strong wireframing and prototyping skills
• Prior experience with Figma
• User testing, usability testing, user research
• Portfolio showcase professional samples
• Commutable to Malvern, PA, Charlotte, NC or Dallas, TX

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in a UX or design-related field.
• Prior experience working in the financial industry or on consumer products
