Participating in development and management of EHS management system program for site. Chemical Management, Emergency Management, etc.
Assisting in EHS Risk Assessment, Chemical Risk Assessment, Ergonomic Assessment.
Participating in EHS Walkdowns.
Participating in Safety Observation Report metric development and trending analysis.
Assisting in developing EHS Site Communications
Assisting in development and delivery of EHS initiatives (e.g. Noteworthy SOR of the Week)
Serve as a role model and leader in demonstrating and implementing a healthy and strong EHS culture across the entire the company Biotech Dublin site.

Audit Prep
Chem Doc – Sample check SDS onsite to ensure they are present in Chem Doc and have CRA completed. Safety Bulletins – Review and log in Enablon. Matthew had completed an initial review of GSE Safety Bulletins to determine what was applicable to Biotech. He had located them in the Biotech EHS Sharepoint under Documentation and EHS standards however since we relocated to the new sharepoint I have gone in and can’t locate, Gavin can you help? Do you recall seeing an excel file with Safety Bulletins listed? Cross check of EHS Standards against GSE standards to ensure we have captured requirements correctly.
BioSafety
Addition of BioHazard Material to Biosafety Risk Assessment (BAR) application in Enablon.
Togetherness Involvement
Sit on Site Sports & Social for 6 months to help with fun projects for the site.
