Job Purpose:
Responsible for supporting the recording, reporting and maintenance of site training in the Learning Management System (LMS). The L&D intern will support the site’s learning strategy, ensuring that objectives are effectively achieved, consistent with our company’s requirements to ensure compliance, safety, and reliable supply to our customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
Execute learning administration within the Learning Management System (LMS) to track and support site learning activity
Coordinate and support site onboarding activities
Develop and run training reports to meet the needs of the site
Support development and maintenance of site training materials, including job aids and visual aids, to ensure alignment with source documents and current practices
Adhere to and provide input on site training processes.
Support implementation of the L&D strategy
Support and foster a continuous learning environment.
Comply with our company’s Global and regulatory requirements and execute current Good manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in the performance of day to day activities and all applicable job functions.
Work collaboratively to drive a safe and compliant culture in Biotech Dublin.

Technical:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-related computer applications required
Minimum Education/Experience:
Studying a degree; ideally in a related discipline
