WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike is op zoek naar Distributieplanners voor een vaste opdracht. Binnen een complexe internationale warehouseomgeving met zeer variërende servicemodellen, maak je dagelijks het procesplan op voor de activiteiten van Nike ELC (European Logistics Campus). Je analyseert grondig de situatie op gebied van voorraad, klantenorders, beschikbare capaciteit, carrierinformatie, doelstellingen en budget. Je bouwt vervolgens een plan voor de verschillende magazijnactiviteiten met het oog op een optimale service voor de klant, een efficiënte productflow en een optimale inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Je ontwerpt het procesplan van ‘Warehouse Operations’ obv allerlei informatiebronnen en parameters. Meten is weten! Daarom is het up-to-date houden van data belangrijk: jouw analyses en interpretaties ervan stellen je immers in staat om onderbouwde beslissingen te nemen. Door nauw samen te werken met de collega’s uit o.a. operations, krijg je inzichten in de KPI’s en met die bevindingen haal je de dagelijkse targets. “Simplify & Go” overheerst je denkpatroon: via onderzoeksprojecten spot je mogelijke verbeteringen van het planningsproces.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

Distributieplanners werken samen met Ladingplanners, het Transportation Network Team, MPO en Digital Teams en rapporteren aan een MDP Coach. Daarnaast vertegenwoordigt de Distributieplanner het Planning team in cross-functionele meetings en managet hij/zij externe partijen (bv. Customer Service teams).

• Je redeneert op masterniveau, een afstudeerrichting logistiek is een troef.

• Je bent zeer sterk in analyse en synthese waardoor je doordachte beslissingen neemt.

• “continuous improvement” zit in je DNA en die mindset toon je in alle aspecten van je werk.

• Je voelt je thuis in een fast-paced, snel wijzigende omgeving en je werkt graag onder een gezonde druk.

• Je bent bereid om in de weekendnachtshift te werken: van zaterdag 17u30u tot zondag 05u30 en van zondag 17u30 tot maandag 05u30

• Work hard, play hard! Als team ben je erop gebrand om resultaten neer te zetten.

• Vlot en klantgericht communiceren in het Nederlands en in het Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling).
