WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a Transportation Benefits Solutions Manager – EMEA, to join the Nike Total Rewards Solutions team based in Hilversum, Netherlands. This position reports to the Director, Total Rewards Solutions EMEA. In this role, you will ensure efficient and effective Transportation Benefits implementation for all countries in EMEA across Nike! The incumbent will ensure Transportation & Employee mobility programs are driven accurately and timely for Nike’s employees in accordance to Nike’s benefits policies and processes, and in compliance with local statutory regulations.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Manage the EMEA Employees’ Transportation Solutions team (3 subject matter experts and 3 Specialists), responsible for staffing, performance management and professional development
Oversee execution of global and regional Transportation & Mobility programs, with focus on our Company Car fleet management in EMEA.
Support the Change Management process as we move our Company Car Fleet to greener solutions (EV) across EMEA.
Monitor effectiveness of existing policies, guidelines, and processes; provide operational trend analysis and recommendations for evolution
Maintain quality service delivery to employees by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing, and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements benefiting internal SLA/CSAT
Support annual Transportation benefits review and planning, providing insights and analytics to our internal stakeholders.
Monitor Transportation Benefits vendors effectiveness and actively manage partners to maintain high satisfaction for Nike and employees
Stay current on benefits related legislation and standard processes to ensure compliance with applicable requirements
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report to the Director, Total Rewards Solutions EMEA and will be part of the Total Rewards Solutions EMEA management team
You will work with peers who represent the different functions within Total Rewards Solutions (e.g., Benefits Solutions) as well as the other team members of the TR Solutions EMEA team
You will work with cross functional stakeholders including but not limited to global and regional Benefits COE, and all partners in the HR People Solutions team (e.g., Payroll, Data Management, Tier 1 Customer Experience teams, Compliance), Legal, Procurement and Accounting.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or equivalent
proven experience in Benefits; shared service center/operations experience is preferred
Proven experience in management, leading a team of subject matter experts
Goal-oriented with ability to prioritize on a consistent basis in an evolving work environment
A standout colleague and able to multitask, work well under pressure, and deliver within timelines.
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Workday & ServiceNow experience a plus
