Position Summary: This position interacts daily with the CardWorks Servicing (CWS) clients, processing vendors, and CWS affiliates in order to provide the highest level of servicing and to meet the needs of the client. This person advocates client objectives internally and externally while providing expertise, options and insight to support their daily issues and concerns and long term goals. Essential Functions: Interprets, communicates and manages client needs for long terms goals as they relate to CWS platforms, processes and its affiliates Provides first point of contact to all day to day client needs in order to communicate to appropriate CWS areas for their resolution Provides leadership and expertise to any cardholder escalation issues that cannot be responded to by the call center or the PMAT Research Analyst Coordinates all onsite meetings with the client and internal CWS personnel Manages and leads all weekly and monthly status calls with the client and all internal CWS personnel and vendors/affiliates Provides written updates to the clients in the form of weekly issue logs and/or scope documents for projects/programs Advocates and represents both the client and the company at all times Assists CRM Management with insuring that all business partnership goals and service are met Listens to concerns of the client with regard to current products and services provided by CWS. Identifies root problems and provides solutions utilizing either existing processes to enhance satisfaction, or changes CWS can provide to improve services or platform performance Develops and nurtures the client relationship by building trust and positioning industry expertise Prepares and presents presentations for meetings scheduled with clients and CWS senior management Performs other duties as assigned Education and Experience: High school diploma or its equivalent experience required; College degree preferred Five (5) years of business experience required or at least two (2) years of CardWorks’ experience Summary of Qualifications: Proficient use of Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new programs Ability to work under pressure; flexibility and willingness to work at a rapid pace Excellent written and verbal communication skills neededMust be poised and professionalAbility to communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information, in a manner consistent with essential job functions Effective planning, organizational, follow-up and problem-solving skills neededWillingness to handle a variety of assignments, multi-task and work at a rapid pace and unpredictable hours when necessaryEffective planning, organizational, follow-up and problem-solving skills needed
