DESIGNATION : Patient Service Assistant (Call Center)
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Patient Service Assistant will be responsible for answering phone enquiries, feedbacks and appointment bookings for Unity Denticare while projecting professionalism and company’s core values at all time.
Provide accurate and relevant information to patients or clients of Unity Denticare
Project excellent product knowledge, helpfulness and professionalism in handling all enquiries.
Managing difficult clients with compassion, patience and sincerity with a goal to resolve the matter as amicable as possible.
Provide a complete report of the case and channel the feedback to the relevant department.
Gathering sufficient information from patient to arrange for the appointment booking.
Managing the appointment booking promptly and accurately
QUALIFICATIONS
Min. ‘O’ Level
Min. 1 year related working experience
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Patience and courtesy to provide an initial contact point for all recruitment queries
