NutraBio Labs, Inc. Looking for Social Media Assistant at Middlesex, New Jersey Full Time

NutraBio Labs, located in Middlesex NJ, is an FDA registered and inspected sports nutrition manufacturer. We are looking for a Social Media Assistant to assist in developing and enhancing social media engagement efforts. Successful candidates will bring a deep understanding of emerging social media platforms, communications, and content creation. This position requires a creative expert who can easily navigate between strategy, engagement with the audience, and execution of campaigns.

Responsible for:

• Becoming a key online voice across all social platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok.
• Maintain proactive communication along with monitoring and managing conversation as it develops
• Utilizing social best practices, create interactive social content on a daily basis with branding and company message.
• Work with the Social Media Manager to create a social media content calendar and generate copy for posts.
• Responsible for engaging customers, prospective customers and industry influencers on a day-to-day basis as well as long term.
• The Social Media Assistant will monitor, listen and respond to users on social media while cultivating new leads, sales and brand awareness.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent accreditation and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• Passion for social media with extensive knowledge of Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and mobile applications
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
• Must be able to communicate a variety of information concisely and clearly and in a conversational manner

Hours: 40 hrs. – open to work between 9am and 8pm (M-F)
