We are bringing the quality of Australian coffee culture to Hong Kong East. We aim to provide high quality and consistent but yet affordable coffee, along with tasty food into the heart of Quarry Bay.

We are a small coffee bar, the following responsibilities and requirements apply to all staffs on duty.
Responsibilities:
– Daily coffee shop operation
– Preparing high standard coffee and drinks to customers
– Presenting menu, answering enquiries and making suggestions regarding all products and service to customers
Requirements:
– Able to work at least 3-4 days per week, Monday to Friday.
– Be Punctual (i.e. on time)
– We open at 8:30am
– Passionate for Coffee- Self-motivated, energetic and love to communicate with customers
– All rounder
– Good communication skills to co-operate with the working team
– Good command of spoken and written in English (must be fluent), Cantonese and Putonghua
– Able to work under pressure and consistently
– Must be able to work to the highest standard & friendly, helpful, hardworking, committed and willing to learn
Salary depends on your experience and performance with coffee making. At least 6-12 months of barista experience is preferable.
