Job description:

· Support daily operation of computers, systems and hardware in the data center

· Monitor and troubleshoot server equipment installed in the production environment

· Handle system operation work like backup, report generation and other system housekeeping work

· Perform hardware and software troubleshooting and incident escalation

· Monitor and Control the IT services and IT infrastructure

· Work location (Tsuen Wan, Chai Wan)

Job requirements:

· 1+ year Data Center operation experience

· Willing to work in 12 hours shift duties (8 am or 8 pm) (3 – 4 days per week)

· Knowledge of hardware installation and maintenance

· Good communication in Cantonese and English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $20,000.00 – $28,000.00 per month
