We are looking for a Data Integration Clerk to join our fast-growing team, working to decarbonize buildings and construction, currently responsible for around 40% of global carbon emissions.

We’re looking for a professional for our Data integration team
We are hiring a professional to take charge of the direct data capturing to grow our database of construction materials. The Data Entry Clerk at One Click LCA updates the customer available database by capturing new and updated information and prepares spreadsheet files that will be used by the database team. To be suitable for the role you have to be IT literate and be happy to complete a repetitive task. You will join an international team of experts in building materials, engineering, LCA, and data analysis who are responsible for the largest construction materials LCA database in the world. You will work close with the team and have ownership of your own domain – direct data capturing.
The team is supportive, effective, and united and has missioned on the database development for years and made it what it is now. The work environment is friendly, flexible and everyone has a great deal of autonomy in their role. We are very international and diverse and working language is English.
What you’ll do:
Transfer data from PDF files into xlsx formatted files in a predictable and time-normed manner.
Assemble, collate, and upload data on a continuous basis.
Do ad hoc pdf to xlsx conversions.
Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
Verify data accuracy by comparing it to source documents.
Retrieve data from digital format data arrays upon request.
Identify problems and issues with data supply and delivered data all round quality.
Identifying opportunities for improvement of manual data entry, tools and software.
What you need:
Confident computer user and IT and browsing literacy.
Fast and accurate with mouse and keyboard.
Great attention to detail.
Dependable and responsible character.
Ability to adhere to clear sets of rules/requirements.
Ability to work independently; take initiative; and able to adapt to change.
Proven experience as data entry clerk but not necessary.
A calm, professional approach, but still capable to work at a fast pace.
Capable of meeting targets.
Good command of English both oral and written for team communication.
Good team communication skills.
High school degree or higher but not necessary.
Basic comprehension of any other European language is a plus.
Sort, organize and keep good record of your work ensure it is not lost.
Experience with basic spreadsheet operations.
