Job Summary:
The Project Manager position will require someone with a minimum of 5 years experience to oversee ground up construction projects as well as capital expenditure projects including, but not limited to, property upgrades, store remodels, and structural repairs for our properties. The candidate will be responsible for working with other teams to define the scope of work for each project, as well as bidding out projects, developing timelines, and overseeing each project to ensure completion in a manner that is both cost effective and in line with our brand standards.
