Primary Responsibilities:

• Salesforce System Administration
• Salesforce System Configuration as assigned
• Salesforce environment support and incident ticket resolution
• Work closely with Dev/Ops team supporting Salesforce instance
• Hosting virtual calls and interaction on deployment efforts
• Assist with deployment (branches and environments, sandboxes, etc.)
• Work with business and IT peers to accomplish solution/project goals
• Work with global peers/resources

You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience Salesforce Admin and/or “superuser” hands-on role
• Hands-on Salesforce Administration experience working closely with IT and business partners to achieve results
• General IT High-Level Familiarity
• Alternate schedules, overtime may be required on an as-needed basis for deployments, incident support, project deadlines, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification for admin
• Healthcare background or regulated background
• Interaction with peers, business partners, etc. Good communication skills
• Ability to self-manage work assignments/deliverables. Know when to escalate issues to team leads and/or leadership

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
