The Group is structured across two divisions: Ornua Foods and Ornua Ingredients.
Ornua Foods is responsible for the marketing and sales of Ornua’s consumer brands including Kerrygold, Dubliner, Pilgrims Choice, Forto and BEO. Markets are served by production facilities and in-market sales and marketing teams in Africa, Asia, Germany, Ireland, the UK, the rest of Europe, the Middle East and the US.
Ornua Ingredients is responsible for the procurement of Irish and non-Irish dairy products and for the sale of dairy ingredients to food manufacturing and foodservice customers across the world. Ornua Ingredients is also responsible for managing volatility through de-risking and trading strategies. The business is supported by production facilities in Saudi Arabia, Spain, the UK, the US and by in-market teams in Africa and the Middle East.

Job Summary
Working in the Project Delivery and Solution Architecture team, you will contribute to the design and implementation of successful projects by providing all-round technical knowledge within the Microsoft technology stack namely but not limited to Windows Server, Active Directory and the full Microsoft 365 suite.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Provide technical support to solution architects in translating business requirements into deliverable solutions. Configure Windows Servers, install software and document technical requirements for other ICT teams e.g. Firewall Security, DBA, Infrastructure monitoring etc. Produce project handover documentation and knowledge transfer to the Infrastructure and Service Desk teams. Assist with end user training and documentation as part of user adoption program for new solutions. Work with the Service Desk and Infrastructure teams to address problem tickets within the ITIL framework. Manage multiple tasks to deadline, communicate progress at regular intervals and participate in project planning meetings. Develop a technical understanding of Azure and Microsoft 365. Utilise knowledge gathered to improve efficiencies.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Experience in a system administration or service desk role. A good working knowledge of Window 10, Windows Server and Active Directory. Exposure to Azure and Microsoft 365 with hands-on experience an advantage. Understanding of PowerShell to query Microsoft environments. Commitment to continuous technical development within Microsoft’s technology stack. Highly motivated, learn quickly on your own initiative A proactive manner and the ability to work comfortably within a team environment.
