Job Description Summary: As part of the Consumer Engagement Marketing team, the Engagement Marketing Coordinator will own end-to-end execution of select marketing activities to drive growth to the Consumer engaged base. More broadly, the Consumer Engagement Marketing team is responsible for lifecycle strategies within the active, engaged Consumer base at PayPal for priority markets globally. Collectively, we drive growth through increased engagement and conversion with PayPal Consumer products. You will be part of a marketing squad that works in agile that delivers performance through continuous testing of new ideas and scaling of winning experiments globally. You will help define, implement and create experimentation roadmap to drive a key pillar under the Engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities
Drive initiatives forward with ownership and accountability, oversee timelines and execution, measure impact and optimize initiatives towards growth
Collaborate cross-functionally to help define and deploy marketing strategies to support new commerce features to drive discovery of deals
Ownership of end-to-end execution for marketing initiatives; includes defining target audience, channel strategy & deployment, creating test and learn strategies, working with Marketing Operations to implement flawlessly and evaluating performance
Manage creative development with internal and external content partners to develop world-class creative that delivers on Engagement goals and aligns with brand strategy
Coordinates end-to-end implementation inclusive of legal and other reviews, and ensure thorough A/B testing agenda is built into each experiment
Measure impact of testing through clear KPIs, strong communication and accountability for business impact; drive continuous optimization of tactics to drive growth
Partner with our regional teams to scale winning tactics to key markets
Identify ways to improve processes and drive efficiency; support team in developing new capabilities and tools to improve the customer experience
Develop and present progress, learnings, and optimization plans to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders
Be the voice of the customer by constantly maintaining the customer mindset – see how things look and feel from a customer point of view to identify new ways delight the customer and meet their needs
Drive rigorous learning and insights post launch. Audit every aspect of the experiment – funnel, audience, messaging, etc.
Ensure that comprehensive analytics tracking, testing, and continuous improvement are incorporated throughout every project
Manage and report on ongoing budget spend for agency costs and incentive payouts
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
4-5 years professional experience in B2C marketing across multiple disciplines – experience working within tech, payments, ecommerce and/or global corporation is a plus
Proven success working in a highly cross-functional environment; experience collaborating across teams within dynamic and matrixed organizations
Hands-on experience managing large scale marketing programs and test & learn growth programs; ability to manage the execution details to bring campaigns to life
Analytical mindset with experience in translating performance and brand analytics into insights that fuel learning and optimization
Experience working with creative agencies, writing creative briefs, testing creative, and adapting based on insights
Strong presentation skills; able to communicate effectively with and stakeholders
Self-starter with the ability to manage through ambiguous situations and work flexibly in a high-pressure, fast-paced, regularly changing environment
A dynamic team player who is willing to dive in, roll up their sleeves and hustle; someone who does not let perfection impede progress and is willing to take risks
