Pet Business International is a unique web-based insurance product. It covers a range of core covers and optional covers to any business providing services to pet businesses, such as dog walkers, groomers, dog trainers etc. We have an office in the UK and Ireland which is an authorised brokerage that acts as our European Headquarters. As we expand our business into new territories, we are looking for an independent self starter to join our wider team to support our COO and assist with our Spanish market
Job Requirement
The job holder will ideally have appropriate CIP insurance qualifications or be willing to study to attain the qualification and keep accurate CPD records of all learning and development activities.
The job holder will be fluent in Spanish
Job description
To provide information and data to the COO, as requested
To offer telephone support to Irish and Spanish clients and potential clients by clarifying any aspect of the insurance covers offered, but not to give any advice about the suitability of the cover for their business
To have a detailed knowledge of the Pet Business International products and the IT platform
To deal courteously and helpfully with all telephone and email enquiries
To communicate any client feedback, positive or negative, to the COO
To pass any complaints or potential complaints immediately to the COO
To keep up to date with all laws and regulations that affect the sales of insurance products and the office environment
To participate in any in-house training, as required, and any team activities. This may require travel to England.
Part-time hours: 15- per week
The employee is able to work remotely
