You will work closely with the Production, S&OP Teams, Finance, Manager & Supervisors to ensure daily work tasks are completed while working in a fasr paced enviornment.
DUTIES & RESPONBILITIES

Co-ordinate/organise the Sales & Logistic Admin teams and act as the direct point of contact for the day-to-day function of the department.
Liaise with the Finance Team to support Invoicing.
Support Production and Sales managers.
Work in partnership with the other members of the team to ensure excellent order processing & positive customer experiences.
Supervising the day-to-day activities of the Sales & Logistic Admin teams.
Organising workload and allocating tasks daily.
Preparation of relevant reports and documents
Identifying areas of the office where improvements can be made.
Scheduling staffing levels and planning for holiday cover
Updating schedules and timesheets on Dayforce
Involved in the recruitment & interviewing of new staff.
Training of new staff & identifying training requirements of existing staff.
Telesales /Admin & Invoicing / Logistics – Act as Holiday Cover / Help for staff in office.
Updating Export stock Excel daily and send Ingredient Stocks weekly.
Cross-Checking that all dispatched stock has been taken out from CC/C&M on PIO daily.
