DESIGNATION : Accounts Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job purpose:
You will be responsible for full set of accounting activities including group consolidation, financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in monthly consolidation for the Group
Assist in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
Assist in group financial planning and analysis (FPA) function
Handle data analytics function
Prepare quarterly GST reporting and yearly tax computations
Actively review and improve Finance Department’s internal controls, system and processes.
Ensure compliance of corporate policies and local statutory regulations.
Liaise with various internal and external parties, including auditors and statutory boards regarding financial-related matters.
Assist Reporting Manager in other finance-related matters and ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent or above
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
Proficiency in financial and accounting software and Microsoft office application especially in MS Excel, MS Words and Data Analytics.
Good communication skill and must be fluent in English, both oral and written.
Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Meticulous, organized and good planning skills.
Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
A team player with initiative.
