Plego Technologies LLC Looking for Marketing Manager at Downers Grove, IL Full Time

Plego Technologies is seeking to ll our marketing manager position with an enthusiastic, career minded, individual, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork. This position reports to Plego’s Business Development Ofcer and has the responsibility for leading the many facets of our marketing effort including Communications, Marketing, Social Media, Events Planning, Digital Services, and Brand Building. The position is located in Downers Grove, IL.

Responsibilities include leading a variety of marketing functions. Examples include:

• planning, execution, and optimization of our communication and outreach programs

• leading marketing programs that fill the top of the sales funnel such as webinars, events & email campaigns.

• coordinating with the planning and execution of integrated lead gen campaigns that contribute to a predictable sales pipeline

• formulation of strategies to build a robust B2B digital marketing program.

• developing landing pages to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunity

• create, maintain and share performance metrics on marketing activities and impact on the pipeline

• writing and distributing project related content such as case studies and press releases.

• pan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube, etc.)

• coordinate online activities to increase company and brand awareness

• create content for online blogs and organize their distribution through various channels

• creative ideas for technical content marketing

• acquiring insight into online marketing trends

• understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

• working with brand standards and brand identity to maintain uniformity and consistency in messaging & aesthetics

• Maintain active participation and membership in networking organizations

• Creating/attending innovative events that support client networking and new business leads.

• Developing and utilizing digital platforms to ensure robust SEO performance and social media presence

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Proven ability to implement successful, measurable marketing and communications plans that drive growth;

• An entrepreneurial attitude for driving growth

• Ability to collaborate with others;

• Excellent oral and writing skills;

• Strong working knowledge of Digital Campaign Management via Google Adwords;

• Strong working knowledge of paid search, organic search, and SEO best practices;

• Strong knowledge of digital platforms and emerging digital technology;

• Strong knowledge of corporate communications and media relations;

• Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail; and

• Ability to operate in a fast-changing business environment.
