As a Real Estate Valuations Advisor, you will be within PNC’s Real Estate Valuations Services Organization. This is a remote position and can sit anywhere within the PNC footprint, except for Colorado, Hawaii, Alaska. There is limited expectation for regular in person, in office activities.

Real Estate Appraisal Standard Operating Procedures – Knowledge of and ability to implement, design, and evaluate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) affecting appraisal activities to improve the efficiency of the real estate appraisal process.
Real Estate Valuation Auditing – Knowledge of real estate valuation processes, practices and methods; ability to audit all types of real estate valuations to ensure the delivery of high quality valuation reports that meet all government and industry-specific requirements.
Real Estate Valuation Quality Assurance – Knowledge of established valuation Quality Assurance (QA) procedures; ability to measure and assess the quality of real estate valuation practices as compared with a predefined acceptable range.
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
