Job Description: + Perform general and preventative maintenance within occupied and vacant apartments as well as common areas. + Responsible for grounds keeping tasks: Grass cutting, landscaping, snow removal (sidewalks and parking lots) as needed. + Maintain adequate maintenance shop inventory + Responsible for all interactions with contractor and vendors + Must effectively communicate with residents and team members + Maintain the cleanliness of all exterior and interior common areas including trash removal + On-Call: Periodic EMERGENCY on call after hours. Computer Skills Basic computer skills (email, web searching) and ability to use work order system. Certifications, Licenses, Registrations Valid Driver’s License Access to a registered and insured vehicle for frequent and regular travel between communities.
