In order to reinforce our teams, we are looking for an Innovation Incentives and Public Funding Expert.
Your impact
As Grants & Incentives expert you will help our clients in the transformation and innovation of their business and business processes, by:
Enlarging your knowledge on grants and incentives and sharing your knowledge with other team members in order to, together, offer more complete solutions to our clients;
Assisting our (international) clients in analyzing and identifying funding opportunities for their projects;
Assisting our clients in the development of innovative solutions, set-up of financing structures for their ventures and how to obtain appropriate grants and / or incentives;
Broadening your knowledge on both local as well as European grant and incentive opportunities;
Getting acquainted with and stay connected with a multitude of government agencies responsible for the definition of public policies and public funding opportunities;
Assisting in the development of the grants and incentives strategy as well as creating awareness regarding new grant and incentive opportunities;
Building bridges between relevant stakeholders (consortium building and connecting clients with government bodies);
Taking ownership throughout the entire grants and incentives process, from project structuring to application and compliance;
Leading a project in a structured, critical, creative and open manner in order to support our clients in building their application file as well as present it to relevant government bodies and assure its positive turnout;
Building a professional network, both within PwC as with our clients in order to identify relevant business opportunities.
About you
You have a former professional experience of 5 years within public fundings, tax incentives and grants, preferably within a consultancy environment;
You have a master’s in (applied) engineering, applied sciences, economics,…You like to work in a fast-paced team;
Ideally you have a technical background with experience in life sciences sector
The management of a project with several team members has no secrets for you
You are able to translate clients technical language into incentive applications;
Innovation is your passion and you have effective communication, networking and writing skills;
You are a problem solver, able to prioritize, accurate in details and pay attention to quality;
You speak English, Dutch and/or French fluently.
