QTC is currently hiring a Provider Utilization Coordinator (remote once training is completed), to support our Veteran Affairs Operations and its providers by coordinating and scheduling Independent Physician Affiliates (IPAs) to assistant with required medical examinations used in the evaluation process for VA disability benefits. In this role, you will be responsible for building and adjusting IPA’s schedules to prevent gaps and overbooking in order to achieve QTC’s operational goals of timeliness, quality, and customer-focused medical examinations. This position will require excellent communication both written and verbal in order to effectively with IPAs of all specialties, and demonstrate exceptional customer service principles and practices to both internal and external customers.
Please note that training will be onsite at our Philadelphia, PA location, and can last up to 60 days. Once training is completed, position will move to the Alternative Work Week (AWW) schedule (Thursday – Sunday) and will become remote. There is a $2 differential once training is completed for AWW days worked.
Schedule during training (onsite):
Mon – Fri 8:30am – 5:00pm EST
Schedule once training is completed (remote):
Thurs/Fri 9:30am – 8pm EST & Sat/Sun 8:30am – 5pm EST
