Global manufacturer with operations in the US and Mexico seeks to hire a Sr HR Business Partner for shared services. This person will serve as a trusted strategic HR leader to develop, implement and execute HR services & totalrewards plans and solutions to achieve people initiatives and deliver results for the global organization.
Will lead HR administrative services for 1900 employees in 2 production facilities and 1 service center. 8 Direct reports. Total Rewards Program for the Americas.

Requirements:
+ 10+ years in Compensation and Benefits at best-in-class organizations known for the quality of their HR function.
+ Comprehensive knowledge and experience ofcompensation programs (market pricing andcompensation programs (market pricing and benchmarking, salary structures, annual compensation processing, etc.)
+ Previous experience working in a Shared Service Model
+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
+ Labor Law knowledge

responsibilities:
Individual Accountabilities
Lead the execution and communication of base and incentive compensation, reward, recognition, and
benefit programs for all employee segments (Exempt and Non-exempt) in compliance with global
guidelines
Assess the competitiveness of total compensation packages in support of Global Remuneration strategy.
Assessment includes benchmarking of base salaries, short term & long-term incentives, and key benefits
of all positions
Ensure for the Americas region appropriate compliance and governance in relation to positions,
compensation structure, levels, pay equity and applicable legal/regulatory requirements
Partner with global Total Rewards/Performance and HR Technology to effectively manage HRIS system
capabilities, tools and reporting available to support Compensation, Benefits, Performance and People
data management processes
Lead the services team responsible for managing internal HR time & attendance and payroll systems ,
compliance, benefits, compensation programs execution, employee relations, HRIS data maintenance.
Partner with HRBP’s and leaders in the organization to support employee full life cycle processes
including recruitment, onboarding, mobility, payroll services, benefits enrollment. Ensure compliance with
all legal requirements as relate to payroll, benefits and 401k across BA.
Design, implement, optimize, and manage people processes, workflows and systems. Automate
processes and provide scalable solutions. Develop strategies to drive employee awareness and
knowledge of HR policies, services, compensation and benefits programs.
Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and customized
metrics from the organizations human resource information system (HRIS) and share with stakeholders.
Align the HR services function to the organization strategy by partnering and collaborating with HR
Business Partners, Finance, Sales and Operations areas to support the implementation of a lean and
agile programs that includes flexible work arrangements, OHI initiatives, DE&I, HC planning, personnel
costs forecast and tracking.
