Rapid Press is a Commercial Printing Company that specializes with Box & Packaging solutions. We are looking for a robust individual whom is able to learn and contribute as a Team Player to support the handling of bespoke products which needs to be delivered both locally and internationally.
Carries out basic accounting such as preparing quotations, preparing Delivery Orders, checking POs and updating MYOB accounting system, and doing invoicing.
Administrative duties may involves labelling of carton boxes and varies associated packaging while assisting with the Project Managers that help ensure the complete deliveries of bespoke boxes and packaging products.
Supports the Picking & Packing Department by completing operational requirements by scheduling, doing forecasting of the progress of the box and associated packaging products.
Helps to assign specific picking task to various assembly teams and helping track work progress, right up to final deliveries.
To do up the estimation for packing costs associated with wrappers, carton boxes and delivery modes via different transport systems.
To be able to handle couriers for both local and overseas deliveries and associated shipments, both in-coming and out-going.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Ensures product samples or items required for packing are correct and that their quantities also match.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
