This is a full time role for a Sales Support Coordinator located in Sin Ming Ln. Our client is the leading supplier for photocopier consumables and parts. You will be responsible Support the sales team with daily administration, handle email/phone inquiries, process sales orders and follow up on payments with clients, update and monitor the Sales data system for forecast support, coordinate and troubleshoot client orders and account issues, manage shipping schedules, prepare shipping documents (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists), follow up with clients for administrative purposes, and assist with general administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by a superior.
