Regency Spices is expanding our business and looking for a Packing Assistant to help our growing team. As a service oriented business, largely supplying to a number of restaurants, hotels and homes in Hong Kong, we pay extreme care to keeping mistakes low, and getting our deliveries out on time. We now need someone who can help with this, especially in the busy morning rush when bulk of our deliveries are going out.
Your main responsibilities will be:
– Responding to customer enquiries (e.g. over phone, in store, email, whatsapp etc).
– Double checking and boxing orders for drivers or in store pickups
– Communicating with drivers about deliveries
– Following up and solve delivery problems
– Delivering items to post office
– Some ad-hoc office related jobs may be assigned from time to time
Working hours:
– Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM, no overtime required
– Optional weekend work from home shift for added pay
Remunerations:
– $15-18k monthly salary depending on experience
– Medical Insurance (after completion of probation)
– ALL public holidays off
– 13 month bonus
– Experienced and capable candidate can be considered for Customer Service Officer role.
Requirements:
– Holder of HK Permanent ID
– Fluent English speaker
– Cantonese speaker is an advantage
– Minimum 1 year experience in similar job
