We will look for people with business analysts, functional consultants, help desk, account managers, as well as widening the search to people with CRM systems experience across different technology ecosystems.
The opportunity
Over 12 weeks, we’ll provide you with the initial training you’ll need to get you up to speed with Microsoft Dynamics 365, and support you to gain your industry certifications as a Microsoft Functional Consultant in Finance and Operations (F&O). We’ll then place you with our client, to give you that all-important work experience that will help you stand out in the jobs market.
Plus, as part of our commitment to creating incredible talent as a Microsoft training provider, you’ll have a custom learning and development plan and a personal career development coach to help you become the best at what you do.
Once you’re trained and certified, you’ll work as a Revolent Microsoft Functional Consultant (F&O) with one (or more) of our clients. Your role could include:
- Requirements gathering
- Defining business processes and discovery
- Understanding and explaining changes
- Customization and Functional Designs
- Interacting with stakeholder management and SME’s
- Facilitation, Presentation and Documentation
Who we’re looking for
To apply for this program, you’ll need to have previous experience varying business experience within Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and / or Marketing backgrounds with an emphasis on new talent into the Microsoft community. We will look for people with business analysts, functional consultants, help desk, account managers, as well as widening the search to people with CRM systems experience across different technology ecosystems.
Candidates will ideally be able to demonstrate at least some of the following:
- 3 to 4 years of experience within the preferred fields listed above
- Desire to learn a new technology
- Understand business processes and can make recommendations to make them better
- Practical technology experience gained through industry experience / SDLC
- Understand how to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Demonstrate strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Additional Logistics:
- Locations – we will focus our search on people living within a commutable distance to the major US cities considered a main airport hub to accommodate varying partner locations, but remote work will be pushed
- Travel – we will qualify all candidates with the expectation that they will be willing to travel as required by a partner.
