The CompanyOur client is a Leading Consulting MNC with over 100 years of history and strong global presence. With further business expansion needs, they are now partnering with us to look for a Tax Manager to lead their tax advisory and planning projects for their clients and provide project based tax advisory.

The RoleReporting to Head of Tax, you will provide a holistic tax advisory and tax planning for their clients across diversified industries in the commerce sector (with main focus in real estate sector). You will be highly involved in indirect tax and direct tax advisory and making sure the tax policies and compliance in place. On top of which, you will be driving tax structuring and transfer pricing projects in the region. Most exciting part of the role is that you will also take part in business partnering with various international and local stakeholders and manage tax restructuring for some M&A projects.

Your ProfileTo be a successful candidate, you must be

• A qualified accountant with ACCA/CPA, with at least 5-8 years of accounting and tax exposure.
• Experience with transfer pricing background/M&A will be a bonus.
• Big 8 tax candidates are welcome to apply.
• Additionally, you must demonstrate effective communication skills and great leadership ability.
