*Permanent, Direct-Hire position in a Hybrid environment, located in Toms River, NJ*

What We’re Looking For You To Bring To The Table:

PPC Manager will lead a team including two others and will need a strong adherence to process and a very strong level of knowledge in advanced search engine marketing.

Top qualifications and responsibilities:

• 3+ years of planning, executing, and optimizing Paid Search campaigns
• Foster client relationships and manage day-to-day communication with clients
• Agency background preferred
• Ability to create and maintain processes and systems that scale with the growth of the PPC team
• Must keep abreast with and forecast changes in the world of paid search and develop strategies that align with your predictions and discoveries

Requirements

Software Skills:

• Facebook Ads Manager
• Microsoft Excel (pivot tables & VLOOKUPs, managing large amounts of data)
• Deep level of experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and paid search platforms
• Background in CRO practices is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and or JavaScript is a big plus
