The Position
Key Responsibilities:
Manage planned events as change owner for Manufacturing projects, be it GMP process or business process.
Part of the Master production records authoring members for Manufacturing’s Continuous Improvement projects
Based on the two pointers, Trainees are needed to execute effective change management at different phases of a change to ensure changes are managed effectively per cGMP requirement
What experiences/exposures for interns in this Internship:
Good exposure and good understanding cGMP requirement for biopharma through the role as change owner
Go through qualification process for change owner for planned events
Training opportunity to be GMP document author
Vast opportunities to deal cross-functionally with different stakeholders – good exposure for interns for communication and influencing skill
