The primary objective of Safe Street’s Direct Sales Solutions Department is to assist Door-to-Door Sales Representatives with any immediate needs before, during, and after their sales. Our team actively works on building relationships with all sales managers and teams to achieve fundable sales and maximize the sales rep experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist Sales Representatives and Technicians with any questions
Account Creation
Schedule Installs and Services with reps and techs
Troubleshoot Account Issues
Complete scripted Welcome Call and Post Installation surveys with customers
Detailed Record Keeping
Communicate with different departments to obtain information and provide solutions
Looking for:
Full Time: 8hrs/day – 5 days a week – Open Monday-Saturday
or
Part Time: 5hrs/day – 5 days a week – Open Monday-Saturday
