Position Overview:
Currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Qualified Solicitor to join our team in the Kildare office. The successful candidate will play a key role in the real estate practice, with a particular focus on residential and commercial property matters. This position requires expertise in dealing with landlords and tenants, ensuring that our clients receive top-tier legal advice and representation.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload of real estate matters, including residential and commercial property transactions.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on landlord and tenant issues.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legislation and case law.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings when necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members and contribute to the overall success of the firm.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor
- Expertise in the commercial conveyancing and commercial law area
- Experience in real estate law, with a focus on residential and commercial property matters
- Proven experience dealing with landlord and tenant issues
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
