Serving as the first point of contact, the global HRdirect team responds to HR related queries from all SAP employees worldwide. In HRdirect, you will be a part of our dynamic, fun, international team, helping SAP shape the future of HR support.
What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern – HR Service Associate
Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina – Hybrid work set-up (Remote and office when required)
Day-to-day tasks will include providing consultation to employees and managers to help solve their HR queries. You will research our wiki-like HR Knowledge Base and communicate via our ticketing system, chat, email and phone. You will also maintain and improve the content of the HR Knowledge Base by collaborating with other teams.
