Responsibilities
To provide administrative and secretarial support to professionals (Company Secretaries and Accountants) in the Corporate Services Division, including preparing company secretarial related documents and arranging couriers
To support the Business Unit Director and Team Managers, including answering phone calls, arranging meeting schedules
To assist with the preparation of service agreement, internal documents and invoices to clients on regular basis
To prepare due diligence documents and conduct compliance check using World-Check to facilitate client onboarding process
To support the business with their enquiries from clients by helping with ad hoc assigned tasks
Requirements
Diploma or above in Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of administration and clerical experience, preferable in in a professional firm or law firm
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Excellent problem-solving, organizational and time management skills
Experience with working with remote teams is preferred
Independent, responsible, mature, attention to details
Proficient in PC operations and Chinese word processing
