Responsibilities
Provide UK, US education consultation to prospective students and their parents
To assist students to prepare for entire school application process for boarding schools, secondary schools, colleges and universities
To handle enquiries from customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner
To build and maintain strong relationship with students, parents and institutions
Requirements
Degree holder preferably from an overseas educational institution
Familiar with UK or US educational system and application processes is highly advantageous
Patient, strong sense of responsibility, efficient and detail-minded
Excellent communication skills with stakeholders and able to manage processes
Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, Mandarin
