Responsibilities
Provide full secretarial and PA support to the Senior Managers
Setup & coordinate meetings for management (both local and across different time zones)
Assist with diary management, travel and accommodation arrangements
Handle business correspondence, other confidential and professional documents as instructed
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree holder in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience worked in biotech sector, biomedical science or pharmaceutical will be an advantage
Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin an advantage
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills with attention to details
