Responsibilities
Assist in senior management’s personal & family affairs
Liaise with family domestic helper & driver and supervise their duties
Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support
Reconciliation and processing of monthly statements
Arranging internal and external meetings and functions
Conduct research and carry out project management
Handle travel arrangements for business or leisure trips, including flights, hotel & accommodation, itinerary planning and visa application
Requirements
Degree holder or equivalent
3 years’ experience in an Assistant role, experience in Banking/Financial Institution is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills and high integrity
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Immediate availability is preferred
