職責

我們的客戶成立於 1997 年，是一家經驗豐富的香港貿易公司，在中國大陸廣州和寧波設有 2 個辦事處。他們為美國、歐洲和非洲的客戶提供優質的產品和服務。

Responsibilities

• Liaise with factories, shipping companies and Internal teams to arrange shipment and documents;
• Handling import/export documents, shipment and logistics arrangement, Letter of Credit, CTN Application, COC, Inspections

Requirements

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above
• 5 years plus relevant working experience in shipping department of a trading company dealing in Africa Market;
• Experience in managing documents for Africa is a MUST;
• Good Command of both English and Mandarin is a MUST;
• Proficiency in PC application and MS office;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Immediate available is an advantage.
