Responsibilities
Responsible for compiling and managing correspondences, meetings, presentation material and proposals
Arrange schedules for daily business planner and coordinate with internal and external parties for meetings, appointments and travel plans
Liaise with internal and external parties for business or personal matters
Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Formal secretarial training qualifications, or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
At least 5 – 8 years of relevant experiences preferred
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese, Mandarin
Good organization skills, able to work independently
Familiar with MS Teams
Immediate availability is preferred
