Position : Boutique Receptionist – Up to $4,000 – Central – ALL WELCOME!

Working hours : Retail Hours (44 Hours Per Week)
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Grooming and Transport Allowance + Commission and Incentives (to be discussed)

Responsibilities:
Attending to phone calls, screening and forwarding calls to necessary personnel
Attending to emails and assigning emails to sales personnel
Screening customers and monitoring access to boutique
Providing excellent customer service as the first point of contact and ensuring CRM data capture for all new clients
Ensuring that boutique front area is always in best condition
Updating of calendars and schedule meetings for retail staff
Tracking welcome materials inventory
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Experience in luxury retail or hospitality industry
Willing to work retail hours with rotating shift
