SUMMARY: 

A global client based in Ft. Lauderdale, FL is seeking a IT Analyst for a direct hire role. 

DESCRIPTION:

• Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner
• Respond to customer issues via phone, email, and computer chat
• Run diagnostics to resolve customer reported issues
• Install, make changes, and repair computer hardware and software
• Document customer interactions in tickets
• Escalate issues to the next Tier of support as required
• Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
• Refresh end of life hardware; Image with standard image on new PCs and install required applications

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and associated applications
• 5+ years of experience working in a help desk environment
• Proficiency with Win 10 OS
• Proficiency with Hardware support of Dell products
• Basic troubleshooting of printers
• Knowledgeable in Audio Video support and installation
• ServiceNow or equivalent IT ticketing system experience
• Knowledgeable with networking, VPN, and security skills
• Familiar with Mimecast or equivalent software
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Detail oriented to keep detailed notes on tickets
• Highly organized to keep Help desk tickets order
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization in a clear and concise manner
